Don’t let the colour put you off, these Spirulina snack balls are delicious!

Spirulina Snack Balls

Makes 25 balls (approx. depending on size)



¼ cup raw honey

¼ cup unhulled tahini

½ cup sesame seed (ground)

½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes (ground)

½ cup Brazil nuts (ground)

2 tablespoons Spirulina



Grind the nuts, seeds and coconut till fine using a food processor then mix together in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients till combined.  Roll into small balls and place on greaseproof paper then cover and refrigerate overnight then enjoy

If you’re looking for a sweet treat that won’t spoil dinner these Spirulina snack balls are the way to go.
