Raw Cabbage Salad

This is a perfect Raw Cabbage Salad for a lunch!

Raw Cabbage Salad

Serves 2 – 3 people


3 cups finely shredded or grated cabbage (red or green or mixed)

1 cup diced red capsicum

1.5 avocados pit removed and diced

3 tablespoons flax oil

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons diced green spring onions

¼ cup hemp seeds

3 tablespoons chopped coriander



Combine all ingredients in a bowl and massage and mix with your hands to tenderize the cabbage and cream the avocado.  Serve immediately and enjoy this Raw Cabbage Salad
